Rare Male Slash Exchange 2017: Dear Writer

X-Factor (Comics)
Julio Richter/Shatterstar

This is one of my all-time favorite ships; despite having received multiple gorgeous fics for them recently, I would always love more of it and I'll keep requesting RicStar forever. Some tropes I love:

-Casefic! Whether the whole team is included or these two go off on their own to solve a crime or help someone out, I love X-Factor's detective schtick, particularly during the time before Ric got his powers back when he was all about computers and guns and feeling useless.
-Domestic fluff! Time off, on vacation or at home, doing chores together or just sitting around watching TV together.
-Kidfic! Either they get a kid of their own somehow (~Mojoworld magic?~) or an AU where the Hell on Earth War ends differently and they get to spend some actual time being the best babysitters/fake dads to Tier.
-Any kind of total AU, from the fluffiest to the bleakest! I have a particular love for post-apocalyptic wastelands and also for coffee shops and college and IN SPACE and just about every AU out there.

DNWs: noncon, noncanonical character death, A/B/O, horror, zombies, and excessive gore.

X-Men (Comicverse)
Jean-Paul Beaubier/Bobby Drake

One of my favorite old-school pairings! I am fine with any era and any scenario; feel free to nudge timelines and continuity to fit. And if you want to go with the current state of comics affairs, whether this is regular Bobby or young!Bobby (or... both???) is up to you! Some tropes I love:

-Athlete!fic! Maybe Bobby was a fan of JP way back during his skiing career and they hooked up before JP ever came out as mutant? :D
-Hurt/comfort! I love one of them being injured or sick or depowered or something and the other taking care of him.
-Fake relationship/undercover as a couple! They have to pretend to be dating in order to distract the paparazzi or trick the bad guys or something?? I don't even know but it sounds fun!

Young Avengers
Billy Kaplan/Loki

This pairing caught my eye in the tagset and I think it could be really cool! I would especially love it if it wasn't a very healthy or happy relationship between the two of them; something a little bit dark or manipulative would fit here really well.

-Accidental mind control/soulbond! While sharing magic back and forth during their time on the run, something happened that caused Billy and Loki to feel each other's feelings or gave one of them mind-control over the other.
-Sex pollen/magic made them do it! They have to become more intimate for their combined magic to work, or one or both of them get dosed with some sort of aphrodisiac?
-Post-canon table-turning! Billy steps into his demiurge powers and takes out some of his frustration with Loki's meddling and double-crossing on him?
-Any kind of total AU, from the fluffiest to the bleakest! I have a particular love for post-apocalyptic wastelands and also for coffee shops and college and IN SPACE and just about every AU out there.

DNWs: noncon, noncanonical character death, A/B/O, horror, zombies, and excessive gore.

Crossover Fandom
All of these crossover pairings look so phenomenal, I don't even know where to start! Feel free to go your own way on any of these; otherwise, here are some ideas I have for them:

Steve Rogers/Scott Summers (either timeline Scott is a-okay with me!): The X-Men and Avengers have to team up against a threat, leading to a quiet power battle between the two leaders with very different ideas of who should be in charge. OR how about some hurt/comfort? In the aftermath of losing Jean (the first time) Scott goes searching for something to lose himself in, and a supersoldier he can't hurt is close enough to what he needs.

Thomas Nightingale/Steve Rogers: They met during the war and again by chance in the modern day, and neither one seems to have aged a bit, which demands further investigation (without clothes on)... Or maybe they didn't meet back then, but what if the Folly was a safe house Steve knew about during the war, and he and his team have to go to ground there in the aftermath of the Civil War?

Steve Rogers/Maglor: I love sad-Maglor-through-the-ages fic; as above, maybe they had a moment during the war and then met up again unchanged all those decades later? Or what if Maglor is hanging around the Avengers because the Infinity Gems are somehow related to the Silmarils and he's starting to see his family's history repeating itself with civilizations going to war over them, and he must convince Steve to destroy them.. ooh.

Han Solo/Mal Reynolds: Two space smugglers with somewhat-grimy hearts of gold? Yes please! Maybe they have a long history together (fought together in either rebellion or used to be partners in their youth?). Maybe there's some betrayal in their past and neither one can trust the other as far as he can throw him? The two of them reluctantly teaming up for "one last heist" for whatever reason would be great.

Cassian Andor/Han Solo: I am in this for pre-Rogue One "Cassian seduces Han for spy reasons": to get information, to get a ride off a dangerous planet, to have a place to hide from Imperial troops searching for him... Or what if Cassian is the sole survivor of Scarif and stumbles into Han while looking for a way to drown out his grief? :(

DNWs: noncon, noncanonical character death, A/B/O, horror, zombies, and excessive gore.

Original Work:
I am hugely in favor of all sorts of royal romance, intrigue, seduction and drama! Seriously, anything sounds good to me, so feel free to go whatever direction you desire with these. Any setting from historical-ish to modern-day, fantasy to space opera, would be neat.

Prince/Thief: The thief might be working for the prince under cover of being his lover, or the opposite -- he was caught in the act of trying to steal something from him and now must face the consequences? Or what if the prince has no idea his sweet innocent lover is actually a thief using his affections to worm his way into the royal household for the biggest heist of his career? Is the prince a silly clueless noble or is he very savvy and using the situation for his advantage? Some things that would be cool here are age difference in either direction, secrecy and the fear of getting caught, political gamesmanship.

King/Prince of Another Kingdom: Is this a forbidden relationship (maybe the king is supposed to marry the prince's sister but fell in love with him instead!) or is it more of a political situation where the prince's kingdom has sent him to be the king's consort to cement an alliance? Maybe the prince is from a kingdom conquered by the king and is a prisoner/hostage to ensure his family's good behavior. Maybe this is dark and dubconny/nonconny! Maybe it's a sweet intergenerational romance and love will prevail in the end! Only you can say for sure.

Prince/Prince: Whatever your heart desires. Arranged marriage! One prince saving the other prince from a dragon! Disguised-as-a-commoner mistaken identity! Are they from different kingdoms or are they half-brothers (I am a-okay with this, by the way)?? Is it true love, just lust, or can they not stand each other but are forced to pretend for the sake of politics? Are they both married to women but sneaking around together behind their princesses' backs?

Prince/Commoner: Is it another forbidden relationship?! The court is displeased because their prince is supposed to be paying court to his betrothed, not a muddy farm boy from the sticks, and drama happens. Or maybe the prince is fleeing his gilded cage disguised as a commoner and the other guy saves him from some kind of trouble and mistaken-identity love blossoms? If you want to go darker, maybe the prince is one-sidedly obsessed with the commoner, who knows that he can either go along with it or get thrown in the dungeons?? Anything would be great!

DNWs: A/B/O, horror, zombies, and excessive gore. (Note that I am actually fine with noncon here, unlike my fandom requests! Go there if you want to!)
